About Jerry Fahrni
Jerry Fahrni is a licensed pharmacist in California, with a PharmD. from the University of California in San Francisco. Upon his graduation in 1997, he worked for years as a hospital pharmacist, pediatric pharmacist and critical care medicine expert.
Today, he is a pharmacy consultant, who specializes in pharmacy automation, technology and informatics. He is passionate about using technology to improve pharmacy and create more patient-centered practice models.
About Shariq Hussain
As President and CEO of MEPS Real-Time, Inc., Shariq Hussain works with the Company’s Board of Directors and senior leadership team to lead and execute the overall business strategy and global market expansion goals for the company’s Intelliguard® RFID Solutions.
He also serves as thought-leader for the company’s values, mission and vision; and is perpetually recruiting top-tier talent and providing oversight for all day-to-day operations. Hussain is one of the founders of MEPS® and established the foundation for the Company’s blueprint to identify and transform products, processes and RFID technology into an integrated enterprise solution suite.
He also helped establish MEPS® as a recognized innovator in RFID solutions for pharmacy operations, medication safety and inventory management. His extensive background and knowledge in systems integration, RFID and information technology is critical to the company’s continued success and growth.
About Jay Williams
Jay brings over 30 years of healthcare industry experience and relationships in distribution, manufacturing, start-ups and consulting to the marketing and business development of MEPS Real-Time, Inc. and the Intelliguard® RFID Solutions suite.
Previously, he worked at Devon Industries, (Covidian) where he held senior management positions in sales, marketing, R&D and business development. He was also a partner, founder, early investor and board director for two successful start-ups that were later bought by major companies. He has held multiple management and consulting positions, and was working as a strategic marketing consultant in the defense and healthcare industries in 2009, when his market assessment and development project for MEPS® led him to join the company.
